HOW YOU CAN BOOK AND PAY:
Kindly fill in the booking form full of your information such as your names, email add, telephone number if any, your choice of services, and your preferred travel dates, and email to us. We will e-mail to confirm your reservation in 24 hours. We sincerely advise you reserve your services with us earliest possible during the peak season in Vietnam from November to March and July to August.
We will provide you our bank account details so that you can transfer the deposit to us or you can pay through paypal gateway.
We reserve the right to receive 50 % deposit of the total services cost by 3 weeks prior to the departure day, and the bank transaction fee if any is on you. Otherwise we will void the reservation.
If you wish to pay by Visa or MasterCard, we will provide you the documents which will give you the procedure in details. We will confirm your reservation upon receiving your deposit, and you will settle the balance directly at our office in cash or credit card.
CANCELLED POLICY:
Trips refer to 3-4-and-5 stars hotel:
If you cancel 25 days or more prior to the trip, we will refund full of your deposit.
If you cancel less than 10 to 21 days prior to the departure date, you will lose your deposit.
If you cancel less than 2 days to 24 hours prior to departure, you cover for the cost of the trip.
Trips refer to standard budget to 2 stars hotel:
If you cancel in 6 days or prior to the trip departure, we will refund full of your deposit.
If you cancel less than 2 to 5 days prior to the departure date, you will lose your deposit.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the departure, you cover for the cost of the trip.
