Day 1:  Saigon arrival (dinner)

We will pick you up at the airport on arrival and drive to your featured for check in, and have dinner cruise on Saigon River at 7:15 pm.

Day 2: Mekong Delta: My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (Lunch)

Saigon travel guide and driver will pick you up at 7h30 am (can be earlier or later to suit. Please contact us for further support) at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and drive 1 and a half up to 2 hours through rice fields and farm land to Mekong Delta of My Tho pier. On arrival in My Tho, you will take a boat ride a along the Mighty Mekong River to see daily life of locals along the River as well as on these islands of Dragon, Turtle, and Phoenix. You will have a chance to visit local activities of fish-breading floating houses, see process of making coconut candy from start to finish, and sample different types of hot coconut candies with flavor of chocolate, panda leave, peanut, and plain ones. You will then boat to Ben Tre island to learn how locals keep bee for honey, and have break with honey tea. 

At noon, you will have lunch break with local specialties, and laze on hammock under the shady trees. After lunch break, you will have a rowing boat ride along the water palm tree to experience real local life along the waterways, and pay a visit to Mr Ba for local music performance while have fruits. Boat back to the pier, and have a vehicle drive to Can Tho for 2 hours. You will check in into the hotel in Can Tho City center, have dinner and walk along Ninh Kieu wharf to experience Can Tho at night, visit Can Tho night market. Stay the night in Can Tho.

Day 3: Can Tho – Cai Rang floating market – Saigon (breakfast, and lunch)

After breakfast, you will take a boat ride along The Mighty Mekong River up to the Cai Rang floating market to experience real River Life of locals in the region to observe the locals buying, selling, bargaining and exchanging goods among their boats. Why not practice your bargaining skills here! Experience the tranquility of life in rural areas, the Monkey bridge (if tide permit) and rice noodle making. Boat back to hotel, check out, and drive 4 to 5 hours for Saigon with lunch stop en-route. You will arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at an estimated arrival time of 4pm.

Day 4: Cu Chi tunnel + City tour (Lunch, Dinner)

 Have breakfast at the hotel, you will go on a 1.5 hours to get to the Cu Chi tunnel-an underground network system of over 200 km which was the Cu Chi guerillas’ base during the Anti-American war. You will re-live the war experiences of the Cu Chi guerillas through; watching the documentary, exploring the tunnels, admiring how the traps and smokeless kitchen work, having tapioca, tasting rice wine, and shooting at the range. Have lunch break and transfer to the City Center for a walking tour in the city including of War remnant museum, Reunification palace, Notre dame Cathedral, Post office, Opera house, and City hall.

In the evening, we will take the coach overnight transfer to Dalat. Overnight stay on coach.

Day 5: Dalat arrival and sightseeing (Breakfast, lunch)

Full day sightseeing in Dalat with visit to Datanla and Prenn waterfalls, two of the many famous waterfalls in Dalat. Then visit Truc Lam Buddhist Meditation Monastery and the Robin hill by cable car. Visit the Palace of Bao Dai (the last king of Vietnam,) then back to the hotel for lunch.

Afternoon: Visit traditional hand embroidery workshop XQ. You have the opportunity to witness firsthand the talent of the skilled artisans of the Da Lat embroidery craft. Then you visit the Valley of Love, then on to the Flower Garden City, a venue of rare flowers and vibrant colors. Growing and export of flowers is a key economic sector of Dalat. Finally stop at Dalat market, tourists have free time for sightseeing and shopping for souvenirs, vegetables, fruit, wool clothing to bring to your family. Back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 6: Dalat to Saigon (Breakfast, lunch)

Have breakfast at the hotel, visit the Dalat colorful market in the morning, capture picturesque picture at Xaun Huong Lake. Return to your hotel for coach transfer to Saigon. You will arrive in Saigon at an estimated time of arrival at 4pm. Have break, and have dinner on your account before transfer to the Tan Son Nhat airport for departure. End services.
